What does shipping cost?

Shipping is just $9 to almost anywhere in Canada. A small premium may apply to some rural and remote locations.

Can I buy just a single bottle for a gift?

Corporate gifting options are very flexible—contact our Gifting Specialist to find out how we can build a custom gifting program for you.

How many gifts can I buy at one time?

You can only send gifts to one shipping address per order. If you need to send multiple gifts, please create a separate order for each.

Ditto for gift cards. If you are shipping multiple gifts to a single address and require unique notes for each, please contact us for assistance.

If you would like to place a large order for corporate gifting, please contact our Gifting Specialist and she’ll get in touch to help you with logistics.

How fast will the wine be delivered to me/my gift recipient?

Packages take between 5–10 business days for delivery from date of order, depending on location. Delivery is much faster in urban centres.

How are gifts delivered?

Most gifts are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Service. When your gift is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

If your gift recipient is not home to receive delivery, Canada Post will leave a notice for them to pick-up their package at the nearest Canada Post outlet. Please note that someone 19 years of age or older must sign for the package (government regulations), so we recommend shipping to an office or other location where someone will be available to sign for it.

Bulk/drop shipping options via courier may also be available for larger corporate orders. Contact our Gifting Specialist to find out more about your corporate delivery options.

Can I pick a delayed shipping date? For example, if I wanted to place all my holiday orders now but not have them ship until mid-December?

Yes, you may schedule a preferred delivery date at checkout. Your gift will then be shipped 5 business days prior to that date. While we strive to ensure accuracy of ship timing, we cannot guarantee your package will arrive exactly on the date requested.

What if a package arrives broken or spoiled?

My gift was delivered with a different wine/beer than pictured—is this a mistake?

Due to the seasonal, small-batch nature of the wines and beer in our gift packages, they are subject to change without notice. Anytime we have to swap in a different bottle than the one described on our site, it is always of comparable quality and price so (we hope!) you and your recipient won't be disappointed.
